In 2016, Imperial Group is celebrating its 30th anniversary. By any standard, this is an extraordinary milestone and it is one of which we are extremely proud.
Since its establishment in 1986, Imperial Group has operated a small property investment Company in Hong Kong. We have gone through 30 years of ups and downs with a tight-knit team and received unstinting support and cooperation from various stakeholders in society. We relied on unchanging perseverance and unflinching bravery, to achieve decades of constant growth. We firmly believed in the spirit and corporate philosophy of “Striving for Excellence”, with a direction to provide both top quality products and excellent service to our customers.
Imperial Group has consistently maintained its position as a forward-thinking pioneer in the industry. Through three decades of hard work and devotion, we have built a solid foundation in Hong Kong property industry and successfully reached out to global market. I received medical education and was invited as Senior Lecturer teaching the Master Programme in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The medical ethics deeply influenced my behavior to get along with people. Since starting a business, I have always insisted on the pursuit of my life goals to be a Confucian businessman with social responsibility. I was convinced by my experience in practicing medicine, facing patients, and teaching medical students that it is necessary to establish mutual trust and good relationship with our industry, our customers, our investors as well as our partners in the community. These are the indispensable factors to contribute confidently and effectively towards individual and business success at Imperial Group. On the other hand, we believe in team spirit and consider our professional team a valuable asset. While we instill a sense of unity and ownership in all of our employees, they are encouraged to participate in extensive on-the-job training to further explore their career path. Certainly, Imperial Group’s success is an attribute of their devotion and commitment.
