Business Development Manager / Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Promote international real estate to achieve business targets;
  • Identify business development opportunities through potential leads;
  • Organize and attend corporate events to expand channel and client network;
  • Collect clients and channels feedback, identify prevailing trend of investor demand and product preferences;
  • Participate in the execution of sales strategy in HK and China for international real estate;
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare, edit and review marketing materials;
  • Provide regular support to client with high quality services, including preparation and continuously review/maintenance of marketing materials, presentations and reports for clients;
  • Perform ad hoc duties and administrative work to support the sales process.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance or Business related disciplines;
  • 3 years of working experience in sales service role in financial industry;
  • Proven experience of building successful business relationships within one or more key client segments is a plus;
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, excellent in Putonghua is a MUST;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.

Management Trainee (Property & Insurance)

Responsibilities:

  • Promote international real estate to potential clients;
  • Assist in bank mortgage and immigration matters for clients;
  • Conduct research on international property projects;
  • Provide effective sales support for various types of insurance to the Management;
  • Deliver best in class customer service by fulfilling each client’s unique needs and provide after-sales service;
  • Make warm calls to clients in order to maintain excellent relationship;
  • Occasional travel is required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder, major in Finance, Economics, Business, Surveying or relevant disciplines;
  • Willing to take challenges and enjoy meeting people;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, excellent in Putonghua;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;

Overseas Property Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Promote international real estate to achieve business targets;
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies for overseas properties;
  • Provide professional advice for mortgage and immigration as well as ongoing sales support;
  • Build relationship with existing and new clients, ensure quality services;
  • Research, investigate and recommend other events suitable for clients;
  • Follow up all documents and agreements of Sale & Purchase.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Studies or related disciplines;
  • Holder of EAA license;
  • 3 years’ sales experience in real estate or overseas property or banking preferred but not essential;
  • Proficient understanding of digital marketing – Facebook, Instagram, WeChat or Ad-words, etc.;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin;
  • Sales and customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Project Officer (Overseas Property Projects)

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for deal sourcing and project planning for Overseas real estate;
  • Explore and identify potential Overseas real estate development projects especially in USA;
  • Conduct research on special topics in support of the capital raising activities;
  • Conduct feasibilities studies / due diligence on potential projects;
  • Setup key project milestones and define realistic project program timeline;
  • Cost planning and management and make justifiable recommendations to Management;
  • Keep abreast of changing USA real estate market including but not limited to local practices and regulations, etc.;
  • Occasional travel is required.

Requirements:-

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Real Estate, Legal, Surveying, Finance or other relevant disciplines;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in project management and planning in real estate development projects or consulting firms;
  • Strong numerical sense;
  • Good problem solving, analytical, communication and report writing skills;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, excellent in Putonghua;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.

Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and all round support to the CEO;
  • Provide effective sales support for various types of insurance such as quotation, application process, document filing and proposal preparation, etc.;
  • Deliver best in class customer service by fulfilling each client’s unique needs and provide after-sales service;
  • Handle enquiries from clients related to product features, terms and conditions;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations;
  • Make warm calls to clients in order to maintain excellent relationship;
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentation and necessary reports;
  • Manage all business related matters and email correspondence;
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned;
  • Occasional travel is required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Studies or related disciplines;
  • Obtained Papers 1, 2 & 3 of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination is preferable;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance, Brokerage, Banking or Finance industry;
  • Excellent communication skills with good telephone etiquette;
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and able to work independently;
  • Strong numerical sense;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, excellent in Putonghua is a MUST;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
